Bosses from the Super Smash Bros. series, which appear in single-player modes (such as the 1P Game/Classic Mode and Adventure Mode) and stages (such as Metal Face in Gaur Plain). This category also includes characters that appear as bosses in the former case, but are otherwise playable (e.g. Giant Bowser in Super Smash Bros. Melee's Adventure Mode, characters appearing in the final round of certain Classic Mode routes in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate).
