When Mario helps Whale on his belly-ache problem, the Whale thanked Mario as he tells to the plumber that he should be a Doctor like Dr. Mario. For helping the Whale, the Whale will let Mario go anywhere, especially Lavalava Island. Kolorado joins Mario and his partner to go to Lavalava Island after Mario prepares to pack up his items.
