If Wario was Luigi's cousin, then, by extension, he'd also be Mario's cousin. However, this fact has not been confirmed in a main-series game. I thought that he's his cousin.Here's what I saw in ign.com: Mario's frequently forgotten cousin Stanley was the bugspray-wielding exterminator in Donkey Kong 3.
