The Rally Romper (or Tiny Titan in North America), is a small kart that appears in the game Mario Kart Wii. It is a kart that can only be used by small characters. It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally. The Tiny Titan is unlocked by beating 1 expert staff ghost.
The Rally Romper has an excellent off-road rating, which enables it to take off-road shortcuts without worrying about losing a lot of speed. Its off-road is only surpassed by its bike counterpart, the Magikruiser.
It may look heavy, but the Rally Romper's weight is nowhere near the weight of a large vehicle. At best, this kart's weight can only surpass the weight of the Super Blooper, but only if Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Peach, or Baby Daisy rides on it (those four have the best weight bonuses in their size class).
