Tiptup in his Light Blue Hovercraft.
The Hovercrafts in Diddy Kong Racing vary with each character. Unlike the Cars and Planes, the Hovercrafts are usable in every level except some battle stages. They appear to be very powerful as they are able to hover across lava.
