Baron von Zeppelins are different colored balloons with smiley faces in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS. When ever they are seen, they carry an item. The item is either helpful or harmful. Usually, they drop the item when a Yoshi goes under it. Three Barons also carry crates together. They also help in the final battle by dropping Giant Eggs. In Yoshi's Story, a similar enemy called Air Bags appear.
