Move Request[edit]

I must say this page might be moved to "Hot-Hot", since the name of Hot-Hot Hot! in Japanese is 「灼熱のアチアチストリート」 (Shakunetsu Achi-achi Sutorīto, Scorching Hot-Hot Street). BlakeMobilesOnMarioWiki (talk) 15:26, December 15, 2023 (EST)

Probably not. See Hot-Hot Rock. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 16:12, December 15, 2023 (EST)
But Hot-Hot Rocks and Hot-Hot have the same name! BlakeMobilesOnMarioWiki (talk) 11:59, December 16, 2023 (EST)
I don't agree. It's not enough evidence. Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 12:22, December 16, 2023 (EST)
I would think their name would be something like "Hopcorn" instead. (And that's not an official name either.) Toadette icon CTTT.pngFont of Archivist Toadette's signature(T|C) 12:41, December 16, 2023 (EST)
Where are you getting the idea that the "Hot-Hot" in the stage title refers to this random enemy? From what I see, you're jumping to conclusions that don't really make any sense. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:16, December 16, 2023 (EST)

Morocon[edit]

This is something I wanted to bring up in a broader discussion, but - I don't see the point of moving Mococon to Morokon. It's already a transliteration of the same thing, so why not keep with the official form? Plus, we have a precedent for this: Tetu Kantera. LinkTheLefty (talk) 14:12, January 4, 2024 (EST)

I agree. "Morocon" is a perfectly valid transcription of モロコン (Morokon), just like in Japanese, Buzzy Beetles (メット, Metto) are officially romanized as "Met" and Bowser (クッパ, Kuppa) is officially romanized as "Koopa". Jdtendo(T|C) 02:16, January 5, 2024 (EST)
