:Completely agree with this, this doesn't deserve its own article at all. This should be moved to Super Mario Run article. {{User:Baby Luigi/sig}} 23:51, 11 April 2017 (EDT)

:Exactly. The name can refer to a game's mode as well as part of a game's title. That one is searched for more often in some other place doesn't mean people won't be looking for the other ''here''. Is there really anything else that can be added here that wouldn't already be found here? World Tour isn't really anything more than the "world map" of the game, so I don't know if it deserves its own page when much of the information would be better placed on the game's article. Completely agree with this, this doesn't deserve its own article at all. This should be moved to Super Mario Run article. BabyLuigiFire.png Ray Trace(T|C) 23:51, 11 April 2017 (EDT)

Unnecessary?[edit]

Is this disambiguation page even necessary? Searching "mario world tour" in Google almost certainly brings up the Mario Golf game in its top results, and searching "super mario world tour" isn't too different either. I say we redirect this to Mario Golf: World Tour while adding {{redirect}} to the page concerning Super Mario Run's main game mode. It's not Google we're concerned about. That's not how searches work on the wiki. Google may lead you to the Mario Golf game, but someone searching the wiki could be looking for either term. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 21:48, October 20, 2019 (EDT)
Exactly. The name can refer to a game's mode as well as part of a game's title. That one is searched for more often in some other place doesn't mean people won't be looking for the other here. Google search rankings shouldn't be a sufficient means to jettison a disambiguation. --ExdeathIcon.png Lord G. matters. ExdeathIcon.png 21:51, October 20, 2019 (EDT)
