Putts.
Putts is a human in the Mario Golf Series. He has always been focusing on his future, but ever since hitting his ultimate golfer status his focus tends to dwindle. He speaks in an extended and refined vocabulary, and appears just as intelligent as Gene, if not as self-absorbed. He tends to stay in grief even if he wasn't the one to be beat in fear of his own sake, though, it takes him some time to get over it before he begins to truly recognize a golfer's caliber. In Mario Golf: Advance Tour, he focused on his doubles game and was the champion of the Marion Doubles cup, with his partner, Joe.
