Meaning parameters

Hi! I wanted to inform you that a proposal has passed today that requires adding meaning parameters to every name before the change can be made. That means that even self-explanatory meanings must be specified explicitly (|LangM=-), and thus, for now on, meaning parameters must not be deleted even if their value is a dash.
