King Goo Goo Ga Ga Koopa uses the fountain of youth to turn people into babies, and though Princess Peach was shrunken into a baby, Mario Luigi and Toad need to find a way to bring her and the rest of the captured babies back to their regular age.
Mario is awarded "King of Cramalot" to get rid of the Evil King Koopa, even though he captured Mario, Luigi, The Princess, Toad, and Merlin the Magician, they need to get the golden plunger back so that Koopa won't be threaten to be king of Cramalot.
Mama Birdo thinks that her missing baby was Toad, she stole him and Mario, Luigi and the Princess follow her to get Toad back. Meanwhile, King Koopa plans to foil Mario's Plan.
Mario, Luigi, The Princess, and Toad are stuck in a drain pipe with Salvador Drainado. Even though he wished to go back to Brooklyn, there is a way to go back. They go around the place to find the last pipe to go back to Brooklyn.
When James Blonde has been frozen with Koopfinger's Stone trick, Mario and Luigi try to stop Koopfinger so that they can turn James Blond Back to normal.
Mario, Luigi, The Princess, and Toad find out that there are gold underground, but when they get stuck into a ghost town and all the Toad Miners go look to find it. While the miners are looking for gold, Claim Jump Koopa comes and steals all the miners to get all the gold.
