This is a transcript for The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas".
[What lies in Dark Land is Kastle Koopa, and inside the castle is King Koopa's Koopa Kids messing around in his throne room, with Kooky both being held by Cheatsy and getting his hair yanked by Kootie Pie, Bully throwing a bouncy ball that Big Mouth is ready to catch, and Hip and Hop jumping on an antique chair.]
King Koopa: Listen up, you reptiles! [The Koopalings stop messing around] The Koopa family meeting will come to order! So far, I've sent you Koopalings, to pull sneaky little tricks, and medium-sized meanness! [walks to a curtain that is guarded by two sweatbanded Goombas] Now you're ready for the biggest badness of all! [to the Goomba standing next to the right curtain] Goomba guards, show 'em the guy we're out to get's life-sized portrait!
[The Goombas pull the curtain strings to open the curtain, with a life-sized portrait of Prince Hugo being revealed.]
Big Mouth: That's Prince Hugo the Huge, the new ruler of Giant Land! They say, he's the biggest, toughest, bravest prince ever, even for a giant! He's a giant.
Bully: Giant-schmiant, Big Mouth! He ain't that big a deal!
[Bully pushes Big Mouth away.]
King Koopa: No, Big Mouth's right!
[Bully gets Big Mouth up.]
Bully: Right, King Dad. [wipes Big Mouth away] That's what I was gonna say. [stops wiping Big Mouth] Somebody like Big Mouth or Kootie Pie oughta stop 'im.
[King Koopa walks to an ornament where four magic wands are held.]
King Koopa: Somebody IS gonna stop 'em! [grabs a green-orbed wand known as the Ninja Wand] I'm gonna turn Prince Hugo the Huge into a poodle. Heheh! A miniature poodle! Hahahahaha! [prepares to zap one of the Koopalings] So, who's gonna bring me Prince Hugo, so I can Koopa him into submission?!
[Kootie Pie escorts Bully to the spot where King Koopa is about to zap him.]
Bully: But Dad, this could be dangerous! Isn't there a small prince we could capture?
King Koopa: Bully! Big Mouth! Cheatsy! Kooky! Step forward! [Hip, Hop, and Kootie Pie step away from Bully, Big Mouth, Cheatsy, and Kooky. King Koopa uses the Ninja Wand to zap Bully, Big Mouth, Cheatsy, and Kooky, causing them to scream upon being zapped and become enormous ninjas, with Bully holding a bō, Cheatsy holding a pair of nunchucks, and Kooky holding a sword.] You are now Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas! And nothing can stop you! Now, bring me Prince Hugo so I can cut him down to size!
[The scene transitions to Giant Land. The camera pans to the left to show Prince Hugo's castle.]
Princess Toadstool: We came as soon as we got your message, Prince Hugo!
[It was revealed that the Mario and the others are attending a meeting with Prince Hugo.]
Toad: First message we ever got that was bigger than the post office!
Prince Hugo: I really need you, my friends. I'm in gigantic trouble!
[The Royal Parrot screams.]
Royal Parrot: Gigantic trouble! Gigantic!
Prince Hugo: My royal army has just been defeated by Giant Ninja Koopas, and now they're marching here to capture me!
Mario: No job is too big for the Super Mario Bros., Prince! We'll protect ya!
[The Royal Parrot screams again.]
Royal Parrot: These shrimpy guys couldn't help the royal flea!
Mario: What you don't know, bird is that our shrimpy guys can get super-charged! [jumps inside a pipe and calls for Luigi] Come on, Luigi! We'll show this parrot! Let's find us a couple of Super Leaves!
[Luigi jumps on a shade, which sends him flying into the pipe.]
Luigi: We gotta find 'em fast! Those Giant Ninja Koopas will be here any minute! [A flash of light emanating from the pipe sends the Mario Bros. somewhere else. The scene transitions to the outskirts of Prince Hugo's castle, where the four Ninja Koopas are at. The pipe has managed to send the Mario Bros. to the fields of Giant Land. Luigi hangs on to the pipe while Mario falls off.] Now what?
Mario: Let go! I'll catch ya!
[Luigi lets go of the pipe. As he falls, Mario catches him, but the Mario Bros. end up tumbling, rendering Luigi upset.]
Luigi: Nice catch, Mario!
Mario: Couldn't see ya! The sun was in my eyes!
[Abruptly, the Angry Sun appears from up in the air.]
Angry Sun: I was not!
[The Angry Sun gives chase.]
Mario: Run for it, Luigi!
[The Mario Bros. run away from the Angry Sun and use a series of jumps and a crouch to dodge him wherever they go. The brothers destroy a nearby block, releasing a Super Leaf. With one last jump, the Mario Bros. touch the Super Leaf, granting them raccoon powers, and start flying through the sky.]
Mario and Luigi: Super Mario Bros.!
[The Angry Sun encounters the Mario Bros. in their raccoon forms.]
Angry Sun: Hey, flying raccoons! You didn't happen to see where those two pesky plumbers went...did ya?
Mario: Uh, behind that cloud!
Angry Sun: Thanks!
Mario: That sun is not too bright! Now, let's hightail it back to Giant Land to stop those no-good Ninja Koopas!
Luigi: Remember, Mario. Don't let any Koopa touch you, or you'll lose your power!
[The scene cuts to the entrance to Prince Hugo's castle. Cheatsy screams in fury as he uses his nunchucks to shatter a mushroom-patterned rock. Big Mouth and Kooky scream in fury as they try to use martial arts to kick the door leading to the castle, much to Prince Hugo's fear. The four Ninja Koopas break into the castle, scream in fury, and approach Princess Toadstool, Toad, Prince Hugo, and the Royal Partot.]
Royal Parrot: This is too scary! I can't watch!
[Bully pushes Prince Hugo away and grabs Princess Toadstool and Toad.]
Princess Toadstool and Toad: Yikes!
[Cheatsy and Kooky have managed to grab Prince Hugo.]
Prince Hugo: Leave them alone!
[The Mario Bros. use their raccoon powers to fly out of a pipe that is seen connecting to one of the clouds and return to Prince Hugo's castle. They fly willy-nilly, trying to stop the Ninja Koopas' rampage. Big Mouth attempts to smack the Mario Bros. down.]
Big Mouth: I've seen some ugly raccoons in my day, but these are the worst!
[Bully attempts to use his hands to to squash the Mario Bros.]
Bully: Yeah! They're almost as ugly as the Mario Bros.!
Toad: Those ARE the Mario Bros.! And if you don't let us go, they'll make ya ♪ SORRY! ♪
Big Mouth: Wrong, ya fuzzy fungus! I'll make THEM sorry!
[Big Mouth uses his Reptile Breath Tornado to defeat Mario, blowing him away.]
Mario: Ahh! Reptile Breath Tornado! I'm a goner! [Mario crashes onto a pipe and slides down on it, falling onto the ground next to another pipe. Out pops a Piranha Plant, which notices Mario with his raccoon powers and bites his tail, causing him to drop his raccoon powers before screaming in pain. The Piranha Plant tries to bite Mario again, but he dodges its attack, only to crash onto the pipe.] Oh, I'm super no more! I'm just plain old Mario!
[Big Mouth manages to capture Luigi, causing the latter to drop his raccoon powers as well.]
Luigi: Me too, Mario! They got me!
Big Mouth: I love being a Koopa!
[Big Mouth opens the door from the bird cage and grabs the Royal Parrot.]
Royal Parrot: You can't evict me! [screams] I'm the Royal Parrot!
Big Mouth: You're a royal pain! And we need your cage for our prisoners! [Big Mouth throws the Royal Parrot onto the ground and puts Luigi in the bird cage. Bully then puts Princess Toadstool in the Royal Parrot's cage before accidentally closing and locking the door.] Don't shut that door! We gotta put Mario in there!
[Mario gets up.]
Mario: Uh, first you gotta catch me! [runs away from the Ninja Koopas and hops on the Royal Parrot's back for a ride] Quick! Get us outta here!
Royal Parrot: Get off my back, will ya?
Mario: It's our only chance to save Prince Hugo. And all my friends!
Royal Parrot: I'm not leaving here without my cage! My whole life's in that cage! My Big Bird poster, my Worms From Outer Space comic book collecton...EVERYTHING!
[Bully screams in fury as he runs towards the Royal Parrot in an attempt to kidnap Mario.]
Mario: I'll get you your royal cage back!
Royal Parrot: Promise?
Mario: Promise. [points forward] Fly, bird! Fly!
[The Royal Parrot runs away with Mario on his back. Bully tries to grab Mario, but the Ninja Koopa misses, and Mario and the Royal Parrot fly away.]
Big Mouth: Big deal! We've still got Prince Hugo and three more prisoners than King Daddy sent us for!
[Big Mouth grabs the Royal Parrot's cage containing Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad.]
Kooky: Oh yeah! Let's get back to Kastle Koopa, so Dad can tell us how smart we are!
[The scene fades to King Koopa's throne room at Kastle Koopa, with the cage containing Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad being placed next to the throne.]
King Koopa: At last, ya did some rottenness worthy of a Koopa! [it has been revealed that the Ninja Koopas have managed to escort Prince Hugo to Kastle Koopa] I'm so proud of you Koopalings! [to Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad] Now you'll see why I modestly [chuckles] call myself a genius! [chuckles, grabs the red-orbed wand known as the Poodle Wand, and prepares to zap Prince Hugo] Poodle Wand, do your stuff!
[King Koopa uses the Poodle Wand to zap Prince Hugo, causing Big Mouth and Bully to yelp upon feeling the wand's power. Prince Hugo has transformed into a miniature poodle with an embarrassed expression, much to Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad's horror.]
Princess Toadstool: Oh, no! Poor Prince Hugo!
King Koopa: It's the small things in life that make a Koopa happy. [King Koopa laughs maniacally, and the Ninja Koopas cheer for him. King Koopa puts his Poodle Wand back and grabs the Ninja Wand.] Now that my brilliant plan is complete, it's time for you kids to be zapped back to normal size!
Bully: But, Pop! [Bully and Big Mouth are seen swinging Cheatsy's nunchucks and Bully's bō, respectively.] We're having such fun being Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas!
Big Mouth: Couldn't we stay like this and go capture a couple more kingdoms?
King Koopa: That's a cruel, rotten, disgusting idea...and I love it! [laughs maniacally once more and puts the Ninja Wand away] I'll use this Ninja Wand later.
Big Mouth, Bully, Cheatsy, and Kooky: Yaaaaay! ♪ For he's a jolly bad Koopa, for he's a jolly bad Koopa! ♪
[Big Mouth lifts King Koopa up and puts him on his shoulder. Mario and the Royal Parrot arrive at the throne room, with the latter watching the former sneak past the throne and attempt attempt to bust Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad out of the cage.]
Mario: I can't get it open. But never mind, Princess! I've got a way to trick ol' Koopa, and we'll have to work together. Listen close.
[Prince Hugo, still in the form of a poodle, is angry now. The dog barks at the Ninja Koopas repeatedly.]
Big Mouth, Bully, Cheatsy, and Kooky: ♪ For he's a jolly bad Koopa, which nobody can deny! ♪
[The dog stops barking. Mario swaps the green orb for the Poodle Wand and the red orb for the Ninja Wand and begins to hide behind the throne. Big Mouth puts King Koopa back on the latter's throne.]
Big Mouth: So, what kingdom are we Giant Ninja Koopas gonna conquer first?
Kooky: [in Bully's voice due to an animation error] Water Land!
Cheatsy: Desert Land!
King Koopa: Quiet, Koopalings! I'm the king here! I'll decide what land we're gonna take over!
[Mario confronts King Koopa.]
Mario: You're not taking over any land, you Bowser Koopa! [Bowser and the Ninja Koopas are shocked now.] Return my friends and turn Prince Hugo the Poodle, back into Prince Hugo the Huge, or else!
King Koopa: Or else what, plumber?
Mario: Eh, just let 'em go, and I'll come back Tuesday and tell ya!
King Koopa: Grab him, Koopalings!
[The Ninja Koopas approach Mario, and Big Mouth grabs him.]
Princess Toadstool: Oh, this is horrible! Koopa's SO mean, I bet he's gonna turn Mario into a miniature poodle too!
King Koopa: That's a great idea, Princess! You, my dear, have given me...a million-dollar idea! [laughs maniacally and grabs the "Poodle Wand"] I always wanted twin poodles!
Luigi: It worked, Princess! Koopa doesn't realize he's been tricked!
[King Koopa uses the "Poodle Wand" to zap Mario, to the point when Big Mouth screams in pain, but that wand manages to transform Mario into an enormous ninja.]
King Koopa: Hey! Who's been foolin' with my wands?
Mario: [points to himself] Good Truthful Honest Giant Ninja Mario! That's who! ["Ninja Man" begins to play as the Royal Parrot continues to watch from behind the curtain from King Koopa's throne. Mario busts Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad out of the Royal Parrot's cage. Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad give chase, and King Koopa drops the wand, runs away from them and leaves his throne. Mario finds himself face-to-face with the Ninja Koopas, and King Koopa approaches them. The Ninja Koopas scream in fury in an attempt to attack Mario, but Princess Toadstool grabs the wand that King Koopa dropped and uses it to zap the Koopalings back to normal size. The Koopalings run away from Mario. Luigi grabs the "Ninja Wand" and zaps the poodle. "Ninja Man" stops playing as Princess Toadstool and Toad cover their respective eyes as Prince Hugo transforms back into his large and normal self. The scene transitions to Mario about to attack King Koopa, Bully, Big Mouth, Cheatsy, and Kooky, with the Koopalings no longer wearing their ninja uniforms.] C'mon, Prince! Let's catch some Koopa!
Cheatsy: Save us!
Kooky: No fair!
King Koopa: I'd like to save you Koopalings, but I, uhh...I, uhh...I just remembered somethin'! I have an important tail-styling appointment in another Warp Zone! Bye!
[King Koopa jumps up and hits a block that bounces him, causing him to scream and fall into a pipe. Mario approaches Bully, Big Mouth, Cheatsy, and Kooky.]
Cheatsy: Wait for us!
Kooky: We're Kooping out too!
[Bully, Big Mouth, Cheatsy, and Kooky run away from Mario and enter the pipe. Mario and Prince Hugo shake hands.]
Prince Hugo: Thank you, Mario! You've been a BIG help in saving Giant Land!
[Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad approach Mario and Prince Hugo.]
Mario: Ah, forget it, Prince! We're just glad to have you un-poodle!
Princess Toadstool: Here, Mario, I'd better turn you back to normal!
[Princess Toadstool uses the Ninja Wand with a red orb for the Poodle Wand to zap Mario back to normal size, causing his ninja uniform to transform back into his regular plumber uniform. The Royal Parrot sees that his cage is damaged, much to his rage.]
Royal Parrot: My cage! Mario ruined my cage! You promised me you'd get me back my cage!
[Mario chuckles worriedly.]
Mario: Well, I did, kinda. Besides, Luigi and I can fix it!
[The Royal Parrot takes the Ninja Wand with a red orb for the Poodle Wand away from Princess Toadstool and uses it to zap himself, transforming him into an enormous ninja, and approaches Mario.]
Royal Parrot: You'd better fix that cage, Mario, or you'll be one sorry plumber!
[The Royal Parrot screams once more and threatens to beat up Mario, and a chase ensues.]
Mario: Just what we need, a Miserable Squawking Angry Giant Ninja Parrot.
[The Royal Parrot continues to chase Mario, and the curtain that reads "The End" covers the scene.]
