Color changing

Wouldn't it be a good idea to note when the color of the blockquote changes on the main page? Even though some may already know, it's still hard to read it off the template source. I suggest adding something like this:

"The blockquote changes colors:

• The blockquote is green until 24 hours (/one day) before the proposal's early deadline.
• The blockquote turns(/is) orange when there's 24 hours (/one day) remaining until the proposal's early deadline.
• The blockquote turns(/is) red after the proposal's early deadline has been met."
