Mt. Spout?[edit]

I know it might be obvious to include this in the article, but Mt. Spout is unlike the other volcanos covered here. It is instead a water volcano that lacks lava, though it still erupts. Should we cover it in this article? link:User:Sparks Sparks (talk) link:User:Sparks 21:33, January 19, 2025 (EST)

The water is visible in the game's intro
I'm not familiar with Sparks of Hope but Mt. Spout is not alone in that distinction. Corona Mountain is a volcano complete with magma chambers and its top is formed by a large crater filled with water. Said water even erupts during the course of the game, flooding Delfino Plaza temporarily. This makes it similar to a caldera, a body of water formed from the cave-in of an underground magma chamber underneath a volcano. Although maybe Mt. Spout is more like a geyser than a volcano? I'm unsure. — Lady Sophie Wiggler Sophie.png (T|C) 10:06, June 1, 2025 (EDT)
Mt Spout is referred to as a "water volcano" in game. Mario jumping Nightwicked Bowser Bowser emblem from Mario Kart 8 10:20, June 1, 2025 (EDT)
I went ahead and added Mt. Spout to the list. Because there's an article dedicated to the water volcano, there is limited information with a link to it. link:User:Sparks Sparks (talk) link:User:Sparks 13:02, June 1, 2025 (EDT)
