- Please be more specific. Otherwise, I believe this game qualifies as a guest appearance, decided by the editors of this wiki. Therefore, this game gets limited coverage with only basic information on the game. KaBoom! 17:50, 10 July 2016 (EDT)
Hammer Slam Bowser and Turbo Charge Donkey Kong
Do these two deserve their own pages? Though they've only appeared in Skylanders: Superchargers, they are forms of Mario characters. We have an article for Giga Bowser, after all. If we're going to be consistent with that, HSB and TCDK should have their own articles as forms. Ultimate Mr. L (talk) 13:08, 7 September 2016 (EDT)
- Going by the section on guest appearances in MarioWiki:Coverage, "only the games themselves get articles, with all information pertaining to their content being confined to those games." As Skylanders is considered a guest appearance, it only gets one article. Hello, I'm Time Turner. 15:00, 7 September 2016 (EDT)
- Hmm. I think I'm seeing the difference between Hammer Slam Bowser and Giga Bowser. Giga Bowser appeared in a crossover, so he gets an article, but Hammer Slam Bowser appeared as guest star in a non-Mario game. OK, then. Sorry Hammer Slam Bowser. Your article's a no-go. Thanks for clarifying, Time Turner.
Skylanders Imaginators, and beyond
So I've just learned thanks to Crash Mania that since Skylanders Imaginators is compatible with every previous Skylanders figurines, it also means that Hammer Slam Bowser and Turbo Charge Donkey Kong (and I presume their Dark versions too) can be used in it (only on Wii U and Nintendo Switch, obviously). So I was wondering if we should have a page either on Imaginators, the series, or just mention the fact it's compatible in Imaginators on this page? And what if more future Skylanders games become compatible with every previous figurines too? --Metalex123 (talk) 18:04, July 23, 2019 (EDT)
- I'd say just mention it here. No need for an entirely new page for what's essentially the exact same content. -- Too Bad! Waluigi Time! 18:07, July 23, 2019 (EDT)
