Deceased characters?Edit

At the end of the episode, Donkey Kong Jr. lassos a cement mixer which pours cement on them, freezing them in place, causing them to be presumably "die". We typically don't see any of the Saturday Supercade villains again after they're one appearance, and they typically end of arrested. But here it looks like they died since they are now encased in cement. Making them eligible for Category:Deceased characters since it is implied they are gone. Does this count?  Rykitu

i think you're overthinking it, it's just a cartoon gag —  eviemaybe (talk / contributions) 19:35, February 9, 2025 (EST)
Eh, probably. Was just asking if it would be appropriate to put them in the category.  Rykitu
There's a "deceased characters" category?...Why? It doesn't mean all that much in such a long-running franchise. "A list of all the characters that have died or have been heavily implied to be dead at some point" doesn't even include Bowser (lest we forget Dry Bowser). While Mario is long running, its stories tend to be self-contained. And sometimes a story really is built around a character being dead or dying in the story. It means something. Does it mean enough for a category? Well... Salmancer (talk) 03:58, February 11, 2025 (EST)
