Question[edit]

Does Giuseppe bear a strong resemblance to Bob Hoskins in the 1993 live-action Mario film adaptation?
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Untitled user (talk).

In my opinion, no. Bob Hoskins (at least, at the time of the Super Mario Bros. film) had black hair and had a completely different outfit. Guiseppe was clearly made to just be a reference to Donkey Kong. Yours truly, Princess Toadstoo-- I mean NintendoFan08. 11:00, May 15, 2023 (EDT)

Redo the portrayal part[edit]

I was thinking instead to put it into a couple sections showing in which dubs does Charles Martinet voices him and add the dubs where someone else voices him, like this:

Giuseppe speaks with the voice Mario has in the Super Mario franchise of games as portrayed by Charles Martinet, who provides the voice for Giuseppe in the film in English as well as several other dubs:

Good idea, it'd be much clearer to read than a comma-separated list. Maybe put them in columns too like this. Samus costume, in Super Mario Maker. Mario JC 10:43, January 31, 2026 (UTC)
