Concerns

I'm all for the creation of more music pages on the wiki; but, I have concerns over this one, as I feel like it's not likely to ever meet any of the criteria needed to do so. Hotel Mario isn't really acknowledged by Nintendo anymore, as well as the other Philips CD-i games (and, quite frankly, I don't think they ever were), and the theme here hasn't reappeared at all in the past 32 years. And because of that; I don't think this theme has a chance of either getting an official name, or becoming a recurring theme; which would make this draft face the same problems something like Mario Teaches Typing (series) does, where , while I can see the value in the page's existence, it simply doesn't have enough substantial content to back up said existence. Pretty much every other draft in the project that doesn't currently meet the criteria for an article either;

1. Is close to reaching recurring status, and has the history to back it up
2. Is from a game Nintendo will, without much of doubt, eventually put on Nintendo Music
3. Is from a game Nintendo has acknowledged recently, and therefore is much more likely to in some way give us an official name at some point

I originally created these two drafts because the music for Hotel Mario is iconic, and people would probably look for these two songs on the wiki, and that it would be added to Nintendo Music after some time. However, after putting some thought into it, I realize that you're right and Nintendo would probably never put this game on Nintendo Music, which does make these articles pretty pointless. So, unless somebody can dig up an official name from some obscure source, or Nintendo does something that gives one of these themes a name, I think these drafts, for now at least, probably shouldn't stay up. It actually looks like all of your problems are solved. The policy has been changed, which means that non-recurring musical themes without an official name can now get articles. Also, an official name has been found for "Main Menu/Map": It is now called "Polka Medley". The Real Color Splash Fan 20:52, October 1, 2026 (UTC)

Wouldn't it be a Bowser's Seizures Palace Hotel theme, anyway? I'm pretty sure a faster version was at least used as a "Hurry up" theme (when there's less than a minute on the clock), as well as it being used for the stage clear themes.
