...Why not?

If we just split off three of the biggest MarioWiki pages off into smaller articles, all three of which were lists and two of which didn't have ANY discussion about this clause to our policy first, then why does this clause exist on our policy if it's clearly not right anymore?

Also, why is this clause a thing to begin with if lists are the easiest & least problematic pages on a wiki to split? ^S _o ^m _e ^t _h ⁱ _n ^g _o ⁿ _e ! 06:43, August 7, 2022 (EDT)
