How Many World is a location in Mario's Early Years! Fun with Numbers. It is one of the seven islands in the game and is represented by three bags of peanuts.

In this world, the player has to select the numbered item that's asked for. The first level involves selecting bags of peanuts that get passed down to a hungry Elephant. The second level involves finding the correct number of spots for a Seal, feathers for an Ostrich, whiskers for a Lion and stripes for a Zebra. The third involves selecting animal groups that fit the numbers at the bottom. The last area involves the opposite of the previous area, where the player has to find the number that matches the animal group at the bottom. After the player selects the correct answer, a character pops up to encourage them, then after a number of correct answers, they move on to the next room via a pipe.

The first area is the elephant cage at the zoo, complete with hay. The second area is the seal cage with various signs strewn about. The third area is the zoo's help area with signs and payphone and the fourth area is set at the zoo's ice cream wagon. Once done, the player exits through a blue pipe.
