Choco Island can refer to one of the following:
- A race course in the Mario Kart series:
- Choco Island 1 and Choco Island 2 from Super Mario Kart.
- RMX Choco Island 1 and RMX Choco Island 2 from Mario Kart Tour.
- Choco Island 3 from one of Super Mario Kart's prototypes, which was replaced by Rainbow Road in the final game.
- "Choco Island", a musical theme from Super Mario Kart.
