The Casino USA is Wart's base in the Mushroom Kingdom in the Super Mario USA after-story of the Super Mario Kodansha manga.
Abandoning their friends' picnic plan, Princess Peach and Kinoppe are lured to the Casino USA for a masquerade party, where they can pick up cute guys. Once the owner sends every guests but them down a trapdoor, he is revealed to be Wart, who prepared this trap in order to capture and cook the two girls. Mario, Luigi, and Toad (who followed the girls, smelling a trap) demand him to stop, so he starts a challenge. If they can beat him at his games, he will let the girls go, otherwise, the boys will be forced to marry the Birdos. Luigi wins at the slot machines, Toad loses at the rigged crane game, and Mario also almost loses at the roulette, but he manages to cheat his way to victory with a Stop Watch, leaving Wart penniless and food-less.
The building is mainly structured into two rooms, the ballroom and the game room, and a giant roulette that makes the entire structure. A "USA" neon sign is posted on the front door.
