It appears to be a blue-capped mushroom with orange maple syrup poured over it. It restores ten Heart Points and ten Flower Points for Mario and it is sold anywhere for thirty-five coins. Mario must mix a Dried Bouquet with Maple Super to get an item called Space Food.
In order for Mario to make a Maple Super, he must mix Maple Syrup with a Super Shroom, Volt Shroom, or Life Shroom.
