Geemers are enemies that appear in many games of the Metroid series since the original game (though, they were called "Zoomers" in that game). They are not immediately hostile to Samus and simply move around the borders of terrain. Geemers are generally weak and can be easily destroyed by a few shots.

Geemers also appear in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS as Smash Run enemies. Like in the original game, they will move around the borders of terrain. They can be destroyed by projectiles or long-range attacks, as attacking them directly will also hurt the player.

Name Image Description
Geemer ZoomerTrophy3DS.png These creepy crawlers from the Metroid series cling to any surface, even the ceiling. The spikes on their backs are painful to the touch, so be careful around them. In Smash Run they'll travel on the floors or ceilings, so borrow a page from Samus's book and take them out from afar.
