Template:Kart-infobox The Streetle is a kart body appearing in the Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 downloadable content pack for Mario Kart 8 as well as the base content of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It is Male Villager's signature kart. Like the name implies, the design of the kart is based upon a beetle, more specifically the ones that can be caught in the Animal Crossing series, with a horn on the front and a pair of wings on the back that open up whenever the player receives a large speed boost or enters an anti-gravity or gliding section. The emblem is located on the elytra.
The Streetle shares its stats with the Blue Falcon, a kart from the first downloadable content pack, having higher acceleration and speed, at the cost of weight and traction.
A CPU Male Villager will occasionally drive this vehicle, paired with the Leaf Tires and Paper Glider. Its engine noise is a higher pitched version of the Tanooki Kart, which appears to be a Renesis engine.
In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it is now available from the start and shares stats with the Landship. 200cc Staff Ghosts for Donut Plains 3 and Cheese Land use Koopa Troopa and Donkey Kong and with Monster and Roller tires.
