Xylophones and pianos appear as parts of the road. A tambourine appears, that acts like a Mushroom Trampoline from Mushroom Gorge. All instruments make their very own sounds when driven over or passed by. This track has a strong resemblence to Toadette's Music Room from Mario Party DS. The main feature of the track is a giant piano, the keys of which can be driven over.

- The banners around the track have the name "Music Park" on them, even in the non-North American versions of the game where the track is known as a different name (i.e. "Melody Motorway" in the U.K. and Australian versions).
- The giant music notes found near the end of the course greatly resemble those found in Wii Music.
