Weird, but wise.
Wonky is an underground information seller who lives in the Rogueport Sewers and is found in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. For 5 Coins, he will give Mario information about legends, hidden treasures, or gossip.
To find him, Mario must travel to West Rogueport and enter the metal sewer grating by becoming paper-thin. Then, he must head right to the large doorway, hopping across two platforms. After that, Mario must take the elevator platform up to the second level and enter the house on the left.
Interestingly, Wonky can be seen in the Paper Game at the Pianta Parlor.
