Aboutfile reminder

Hello, DryBowzillaJP. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly use the {{aboutfile}} template. What you were doing looks like this, and it is an inconvenience for other users to fix up the template. It is simple to learn how to format it correctly. The pre-loaded coding is shown below. {{aboutfile |1=Subject of the image |2=Where you found the image |3=Artist |4=Describe edits, if any |5=Other versions (use file link) }} Just replace the necessary parts with that corresponding information, and remove the entire line of the variable(s) you don't use. If you do not wish to use the template at all, then it is acceptable to simply remove it before you upload the file. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. If you continue using {{aboutfile}} incorrectly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Hi, nice work with the Super Mario Run images. I have two additional pieces of advice for you:

• When adding a category to a page, please remember to use brackets (i.e., [[Category:Super Mario Run Images]], NOT {{Category:Super Mario Run Images}}).
• Additionally, please remember to add licenses to the images, as that is legally required for attribution.

Why is my name red and is there any way to transparent these new Super Mario Run images cause so far I seen them as screenshots? Also when will the sprites of the remake Mario & Luigi images come?

I'm going to answer your questions in the irder of which they appear:

1. Because you haven't created your userpage yet.
2. I'd back away from making them transparent until an official transparency is found. The wiki has frowned down upon unofficial transparency before.
3. I think the best thing to do is to ask the user(s) who uploaded the Dream Tram and Paper Jam sprites, as they might know what to do for those.

I would recommend uploading it as one of your four personal images. Here's how:
1. Go to Special:Upload.
2. In the Source file box, click the Source URL option and paste the image's link into the box.
3. Fill the template in Summary. Delete {{uncategorized}}
4. Copy-and-paste the Personal Image template above the aboutfile template: {{personal-image|DryBowzillaJP}} 5. Click the Please select a license... box, scroll all the way to the bottom, then click Public Domain.
6. Click the Upload file button.
7. Put the image on your userpage using the following code: [[File:<Insert file name here>|<Insert number here>px]]
