Introduction
Hello, fellow Super Mario Wiki fans! My name is Yoshi Girl, but you can just call me YG! If you haven't guessed, I Love Yoshis! I joined this Wiki on Monday, May 14, 2007. Most of this page is still under construction for the time being. More stuff to come here soon! Oh, and by the way, feel free to leave something on my Talk Page!

Well, as I said, my name is Yoshi Girl, but you can call me YG! I love Yoshis so much that I even have a family of them. We live on Yoshi's Island, traditional home of the Yoshis, as well. There are NINE in my family now - would you like to neet them?

A Yoshi is a species of dinosaur-like creatures. Their main home is Yoshi's Island in Dinosaur Land, although they've been seen in places like Yoshi Village and on the Excess Express.
Biology
A Yoshi's dominating feature is its nose, taking up most of its head. They are very sensitive when smelling out fruit or secrets that could be buried underground. They probably locate family and friends by smell, along with skin color. Even though they have teeth, these are rarely seen or used.
