Wiki Work
Out of complete boredom, I documented the gameplay in Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee (before/after; credits for the voice actors table to Pokemon DP, for many helpful smaller revisions to various others).
Also have a look at the Super Smash Bros. PipeProject. You do not need to join, all you have to do is to work! :P

Super Smash Bros. Brawl
In the chart on the right you can see what has yet been revealed for Brawl. Comparing it to the difference between Smash Bros. and Melee, you can only guess how much is still to come.
I will update the image every time something new is revealed.
