A '''Tornado''' is an offensive item found in ''[[Mario Kart Arcade GP]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart Arcade GP 2]]''. It gets fired in a straight line, similar to a [[Green Shell]], that stops when it touches a wall. For all items that can be shot straight, a crosshair appears once the player gets it in order to enhance aim. Once shot, whatever it hits gets spun-out and flown into the air akin to a real tornado. This causes their [[Kart|kart]] to come to a halt. The Tornado can go through opponents and take out multiple opponents in its path.
