:Yeah, in ''TTYD'', three single Gold Bars cost less than a 3x Gold Bar (3 x 110 = 330 coins vs. 350 coins), although both sell for 300 coins (ripoff); "Gold Bar + Point Swap = Mushroom" but "3x Gold Bar + Point Swap = Gold Bar", which is the only recipe involving 3x Gold Bar afaik, whereas other recipes can involve regular Gold Bars, including turning Golden Leaves into Gold Bars (while 3x Gold Bar can only be bought, never made). Plus 3x Gold Bar only appears in ''TTYD'' while Gold Bars are in ''SPM'' and both ''Luigi's Mansion'' games too. - {{User:Walkazo/sig}} 14:38, 4 January 2016 (EST)

::I have the notion that triple green shells and whatever should be split too. They're distinct items with their distinct names in Mario Kart (you don't pick up three item boxes to get them) and they have a unique function different from their singular shelled counterpart (they cover you up). They're also Koopa and Paratroopa's special item in DD. {{User:Baby Luigi/sig}} 15:55, 4 January 2016 (EST)

Two different items with different names and purposes. Why were these even merged in the first place?

Proposer: Niiue (talk)
Deadline: January 18, 2016, 23:59 GMT

Support

  1. Niiue (talk) Per proposal.
  2. Walkazo (talk) - Per proposal and consistency with all the other items that have individual pages.
  3. RandomYoshi (talk) – Per all.
  4. LudwigVon (talk) Per all.

Oppose

  1. Wildgoosespeeder (talk) I hate it when a split happens to an already short article. That just means we have two even shorter articles. The two will just look like {{stub}}s.
