Template:Missionbox Switch Star of the Fortress is the seventh mission of Whomp's Fortress exclusively in Super Mario 64 DS. Its objective is to use a Star Switch to collect a Power Star.
Layout
The Star Switch is on the path around the fortress' back, hidden under a Brick Block between two pillars. After hitting the switch, the Power Star appears inside of a Star Sphere at the end of the path, and the player must run to the other side of the fortress in a short amount of time to collect it. If the time runs out, the Star disappears and the Switch must be pressed again to make the Power Star reappear.
