Template:Minigame-infobox Super Mario Bros. 3 (originally known as Super Mario Bros. 3-Lift) is one of 9-Volt's microgames in WarioWare: Twisted! and returns as one of 18-Volt's microgames in WarioWare Gold. It is set in the original NES version of Super Mario Bros. 3.

Gameplay

The object is to keep Mario from being hit by the enemies by tilting the system to rotate the lifts. The enemies that can appear are Bullet Bills, jumping Cheep Cheeps, Fire Piranha Plants and Rocky Wrenches.

  • Level 1: The lift's rotating capacity is big, making it easy to avoid enemies.
  • Level 2: The lift's rotating capacity is smaller, making it harder to avoid enemies.
  • Level 3: Same as Level 1, but the player must now protect Luigi as well.

Trivia

  • Only the right side of the player display at the bottom-left corner is visible. The initial, which reads either "M" or "L" during Super Mario Bros. 3 itself, is obscured by the bomb.
