The player will start off on one of many islands in the [[Beach Bowl Galaxy#Heavenly Beach Planet|Heavenly Beach Planet]]. In order to progress, the player has to find five [[Star Chip]]s scattered underwater; all of which are encased in bubbles. Two are found in the open, one is located next to a large [[Gringill]], another is found in a [[crate]] on the waterbed, and the final one is found in a [[clam]]. Once all five are collect, a [[Launch Star]] will appear that will launch [[Mario]] to near the top of the planet. This area has several [[Piranha Plant]]s and a [[Wiggler]], as well as a [[? Coin]] that will produce a trail of [[Rainbow Note]]s that will reward the player with a [[1-Up Mushroom]] when collected. On the opposite end of the area from where the player started is a [[! Switch]] that will cause platforms to appear, and will disappear after a set time. Crossing them to reach an upper platform, the player will find another ! Switch that will create walls the player has to [[Wall Jump]] up in order to reach the [[Power Star]] trapped in a large [[Crystal (Super Mario Galaxy)|crystal]].

Layout

The player will start off on one of many islands in the Heavenly Beach Planet. In order to progress, the player has to find five Star Chips scattered underwater; all of which are encased in bubbles. Two are found in the open, one is located next to a large Gringill, another is found in a crate on the waterbed, and the final one is found in a clam. Once all five are collect, a Launch Star will appear that will launch Mario to near the top of the planet. This area has several Piranha Plants and a Wiggler, as well as a ? Coin that will produce a trail of Rainbow Notes that will reward the player with a 1-Up Mushroom when collected. On the opposite end of the area from where the player started is a ! Switch that will cause platforms to appear, and will disappear after a set time. Crossing them to reach an upper platform, the player will find another ! Switch that will create walls the player has to Wall Jump up in order to reach the Power Star trapped in a large crystal.
