Template:Missionbox Newsletter... is the seventeenth Trouble Center mission in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, initiated by Mayor Dour. It is first available after clearing Chapter 4.

Mission

Mario must head to Mayor Dour's house in Twilight Town, and he gives Mario the Routing Slip to deliver to the Puni elder in The Great Tree. Upon delivery, the elder asks Mario to deliver the Routing Slip to Mayor Kroop in Petalburg due to having a hernia. After the second delivery, Kroop asks Mario to deliver the Routing Slip back to Dour due to having a cold. Following the third delivery, a thankful Dour rewards Mario with thirty coins, and the trouble is solved.
