The Megaflash Slaphammer may only be found in W5-5, Rugged Road. At the start of the fourth area, Mario must head to the first weak spot on the ground and lure a meteor into it. After falling in, the Megaflash Slaphammer is located in a ? Block nearby. Mario may revisit this stage to obtain more Megaflash Slaphammer one at a time.
