Kooper's Shell.

When Mario arrives in Koopa Village during the events of Paper Mario, he finds that the Koopas are in an uproar over the Fuzzies. The Fuzzies invaded and harassed all the Koopas, stealing their shells. Kooper, a blue-shelled Koopa, begs Mario to reclaim his shell from the Fuzzies. There's several fuzzies in the village but it's optional to get rid of them. The only real threat is a fuzzy that runs to a meadow behind Kooper's house.

After Mario plays a simple mind game where he must guess which tree the shell-holding Fuzzy is in, he can reclaim the shell. Kooper joins Mario's party, and the fuzzies leave forever. There's a Badge on the path to the meadow with the trees. Use Kooper and his ability to get it.
