Lyrics

Madobe ni sotto hoo yosereba
Tōku de nijimu isaribi
Yubisaki de yogiri nuguute mitemo
Kokoro wa haremasenuu
Areru namima tadayou chigiri
Itsuka meguriau made
Haru natsu aki fuyu
Kyō mo umi wa moyu

Yūgure kurenai no yamahada
Ikutabi nandomo somaredo
Ano hi anata to no chigiri wa mune ni
Ima mo asemasenuu
Tatoe yamase tsumetaku fukedomo
Shinobi shinonde
Haru natsu aki fuyu
Kyō mo yama wa moyu

If you quietly place your cheek near the window
You can see the blur of a fishing fire in the distance
Even if you wiped away the evening dew with your fingertips
It wouldn't clear up my heart
A pledge drifting between rough waves
Until that one day we happen to meet by chance
Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
Today the sea is burning

The crimson surface of the mountains in evening
How many times has it been dyed over
In your chest, the pledge you made on that day
It doesn't fade away
Even if the winds descending from the mountains blow cold
Endure and endure
Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
Today the mountains are burning

Trivia

  • In the Japanese version of WarioWare Gold, the lyrics are stylized to look like ancient Japanese writings (e.g. くれない was written as くれなひ, but the actual pronunciation in the song was not changed).
