Donut Plains 4 is the last level of the Donut Plains in Super Mario World, just before Morton Koopa Jr.'s castle. Since this stage is out in the open, it is a suitable place for the Koopa Troop's aerial force. Therefore, Mario meets there for the first time the airborne counterpart of the Hammer Bro., known as the Amazing Flyin' Hammer Bro., as well as a squadron of Paragoombas.
Interestingly, the two versions of Paragoomba can be seen in this level: the Goomba paratrooper, who only appeared in Super Mario World, and the Winged Goomba, who was called Paragoomba in other Mario games.
