Dirt Drill is Monty Mole's Skillshot in Mario Strikers Charged. Once fully charged, Monty Mole will dig underground, and move towards the Goalie, while underground. Once close enough, he pops out of the Ground, and hits the Goalie. This move is very tricky to master.
