Template:Minigame-infobox Cage-in Cookin is a Bowser minigame found in Mario Party 5. It reappears in Mario Party: The Top 100.

Introduction

The game starts with Bowser stepping off of his throne. The camera pans to reveal the four players trapped in cages.

Gameplay

This is one of the three Bowser minigames in Mario Party 5, and appears as one of the random Bowser events activated when the players lands on a Bowser Space. The object of this minigame is to escape from the cage to avoid being burnt by Bowser. In order to get out of the cage, the player must press the buttons that appear on the cage's lock as fast as possible. Upon pressing a total of eight randomly chosen buttons, the player's character's cage will open, and the character will run outside of the cave to safety. Pressing the wrong button prevents action for a brief time.

Like all Bowser minigames in Mario Party 5, it takes place on a large Bowser statue, particularly inside the mouth.
