The Big 1UP (known as Big 1-Up in British English) is a Sticker found in Paper Mario Sticker Star. It is a healing item that restores HP over ten turns. It has no effect on enemies, and only has 2 locations in the game, being Drybake Desert and Ice Flow. It can be set in the Sticker Museum as #82, along with other healing stickers, such as Mushrooms.
