Placing images

Welcome to the wiki! Looks like you're having some trouble with placing images. You don't need to place the full url on the page, just the image file name. To add one to an article, you would type something like [[File:Image.png|thumb]]. To a gallery, all you need is the image name, omitting "File:", so just Image.png| between the gallery tags. More information can be found at Help:Image and Help:Gallery. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 17:34, 21 June 2018 (EDT)

Preview button

Please try not to edit your userpage (or any page, for that matter) repeatedly in a short time. If you want to check how a page looks before saving, click the "Show preview" button next to the "Save page" button. This way, you can continue making edits while checking your work, and you don't fill the recent changes. Once the page looks how you want it to, you can save then.

Additionally, you can mark minor stuff (typo fixes, etc.) by clicking the Minor Edit check box above the buttons. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 19:33, 27 July 2018 (EDT)

Personal images

Hello! When uploading personal images for your userpage, please add {{personal-image|Alex 2018}} to the file. Also, just so you know, the policy states that every user can have up to four personal images, meaning you are one away from the maximum amount. Thanks! --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. There are two ways to salvage this situation. One is to use one of your images in a signature, and then tag that image as {{personal-image-sig}}. The other way is external hosting, such as Imgur or Photobucket. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 21:47, 29 July 2018 (EDT)
