The Gold Credit is a special item found in Paper Mario.
When Mario attempts to take the second favor during the events of Chapter 3, Koopa Koot will reward him not just a single Coin but the Gold Credit he had. The second favor during Chapter 3 is actually that Mario has to buy a Life Shroom and give it back to him incase something happens to Koopa Koot. He said that he was a frequent visitor as he could have fun playing it in the Playroom to earn Coins. When Mario shows the card to the Toad in the Playroom, the Toad will open up a warp pipe that will lead to the second mini-game in the Playroom, Smash Attack.
