I'm pretty sure. I've seen it used in most players guides for Mario Sunshine, not to mention "Strollin' Stu" is among the names seen in the list of Tournament players in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. --Heffy 19:35, 23 September 2006 (EDT)

I believe it is Delfino Plaza, despite the fact that no Strollin' Stus appear in that area in the final game. I'm pretty sure it's taken from a beta screenshot. --YellowYoshi398 22:14, 25 February 2007 (EST)
