First of all, if the two had to be merged, I feel like we should merge Rotten Mushroom to Poison Mushroom instead of the other way around: the Poison Mushroom appears way more often than the Rotten Mushroom.<br>Even then, items looking and acting similar while sharing an internal filename is not exactly enough to deem the two as one and the same, I feel.
