| Well, might I point out that most older artworks of Mario games have this kind of simplicity and quality, per say. What makes up for its simplicity, however, is that it is colorful, it represents a unique and classic game. The game it represents, SM64, is revolutionary in the time it was released, and defined a new era of Mario games. Also, this artwork represents a video game that is over a decade old (if this image were selected as FI, this would be the first to represent an N64 game, and the second oldest FI in terms of what game it relates to). So you see, this image is decent enough and would represent a very important point of time in gaming itself. {{User|Super Mario Bros.}}
