The Dictionary opened up.

The Dictionary is a special item found in Paper Mario. When Mario gets the third Star Spirit, Skolar; Mario and his partners go back to Toad Town, as usual. He is surprised that the Shy Guys appear from Shy Guy's Toy Box as they attempt to steal Toads' items and doing pranks all over the town. When Mario and his partners approaches near to Russ T.'s Home, one of the Shy Guys attempted to steal his favorite dictionary and hid it in Shy Guy's Toy Box. Without it, Russ T. will lose IQ points and won't tell Mario tips about the Mushroom Kingdom secrets. The item is at the eastern end of Green Station.

When Mario returns it to Russ T., he will be glad as he rewards Mario a single Star Piece. Russ T. can't read the Mystery Note Mario found unless he recovers the Dictionary from Shy Guy's Toy Box.
