Template:Missionbox Shoot to the Island in the Sky is the third mission of Bob-omb Battlefield in Super Mario 64. Mario's goal is the mission is to travel to the airborne island and collect its Power Star inside a yellow ! Block. In Super Mario 64 DS, the mission is replaced by 5 Silver Stars!.
Layout
The floating island is near the big mountain. Mario can use one of Bob-omb Battlefield's two cannons, which are both opened if Mario talks to the Bob-omb Buddy near the stage's entrance. The first cannon is on a rock on the field right to the Chain Chomp. The other cannon is on the mountain, and it directly faces this floating island. The Wing Cap, found inside scattered red ! Blocks, can also help Mario reach the island. Once Mario reaches the island, he can break the ! Block and grab its Power Star.
